Sorry for the combined post, my patience is shot for work these days (not sure exactly why) and I have yet another busy week.
Here's what I'm eating today.
Breakfast - self explanatory.
Lunch - ham and swiss on a sandwich thin...
and dinner - whole wheat rotini, roasted chicken, roasted tomatoes, broccoli, baby spinach, basil and mozzarella - to be eaten during Food Writing class...
Back later (maybe tomorrow) with more. I am working from home tomorrow and am hoping to catch up with you all then.
