I brought the pizza and salad fixings.




It was a TJ's ciabatta crust, marinara sauce, red and yellow bell peppers, fresh mozzarella, part-skim ricotta and fresh basil from Jen's garden.


With a spinach salad on the side. I used a teensy bit of ranch and some more ricotta as dressing.

And of course, there was wine. Not such a long hiatus huh?

My lunch is up in the air. Turns out I have to run into the office today after all. I'll be back here around 5 and then hope to take my dad out to dinner.
