Greetings from the studio. I am here to present my lovely, healthy lunch.
Better for me than anything I've eaten in the last few days that's for sure.
That's spinach, sweet peppers, shaved extra sharp cheddar, onion and almond/cashew chicken with a honey dijon baslamic vinaigrette.
Yummy.
