Soup and a Sandwich

As I mentioned - last night there was one hors d'oeuvres that I did not try - grilled cheese triangles with shots of tomato soup.

As an event planner I can say without question - pigs in a blanket, mini-burgers, and grilled cheese will make your guests incredibly happy. If or when I ever own my own business I'll have these types of things on my menu.

For right now - I'll have them for lunch.

TJ's Tomato Bisque - it's the best tomato soup ever. It's delicious.



Grilled American on Whole Wheat with the soup - the whole can fit in this mug.



And I will admit I ate it all. :)

I'm not sure what dinner will bring - but I'll be sure to take some pics - whatever it may be.
