The first time I attempted to lose weight, my senior year in college, I started at the weight I'm trying to get to as my goal now.  My how things have changed.

I've always been a visual person.  It's part of the reason I find myself watching The Biggest Loser.   It's inspiring to see the people transform right in front of your eyes. 

Every once in a while I have to remind myself that I did something similar.

Mostly for my reference I'm posting the pictures here to have them all in one place.

February 2008. I was well over 200 lbs here - probably pushing 220.

February 2009. I had lost about 20 lbs here and had just gotten back into the 190s.

February 2010. About 55 lbs gone at this point.

As I lost weight - I finally let people take pictures of me again. I also had a bit of a schizophrenic relationship with my hair color.

February 2008 again.

September of 2009

At various points of the summer of 2009 - when I was a blond.

I'm back where I started now working towards getting back to where I've been.   Stay tuned for the newest set of progress pics.
