Simple Salad

It's such a nice thing to have fresh produce in the house. Really. There's nothing better than having all brand new stuff to choose from.

I made and extra chicken tender yesterday and warmed it up a bit before topping my salad.



Other players: Roasted tomatoes & onions, swiss cheese (1 slice), yellow bell pepper with a honey dijon baslamic vinaigrette (made by moi!)

And two dark Dove eggs for dessert!




Already with Easter. I just finished up the last of my Dove hearts the other night!
