I may also have had some TJ's light pita chips and garlic hummus dip before I headed out to rehearsal.
Which brings us to today. I had a very hectic morning. I didn't sleep well last night and was up till about 2 AM. I woke up, ate this...

...and then ran to the gym. 2 miles later (and something pulled in my hip) I got home, showered, changed and then ran to see M.
Who told me I gained 3-ish pounds. :(
Damnit.
As frustrating as that is, I'm not stressing too much. I've been eating my weight in carbs, stopped exercising a bit when I first found out about my fate. I figure after surgery I'll lose a few pounds anyway!
I do have to be careful - as I also won't be able to exercise much for a while after they yank this sucker out.
Webcasts today. All day. I'll be back later.
Have a good one!!
eeek sorry about your hip! my hip is ALWAYS the area that causes me trouble. i feel your pain!
ReplyDeletePBF - I took a look at your blog today. You are a girl after my own heart. The hardest thing about this gallbladder situation is that I've not had peanut butter in 2 weeks. I don't quite know what to do with myself!!
ReplyDeleteThe hip thing is annoying. It's not bad enough to stop me - just bad enough to know something is not quite right.
Why is it when you start to take care of yourself your body often says "Not so fast!" ???
