I ran away for 2 minutes during my webcast (with another colleague as backup!) to go and heat up my lunch.
OK. So. This is a mix of last night's rice and leftover asparagus risotto w/shrimp.
Let me tell you - Chardonnay is so good for resucitating leftover rice. It gave the brown rice such great flavor.
Or maybe that was the tablespoon of butter I sauteed the onion in. ;)
And then dessert:
Dinner is going to be the same as lunch yesterday - if I'm hungry by 5 PM. I'm not sure. I might be eating a Luna bar instead.
We'll see...
