Remember those Enjoli commercials?
No? Just old lady me?
I also remember Gee Your Hair Smells Terrific fondly.
OK. Enough 70s/80s nostalgia.
That was about a slice and a half of bacon. It was frozen and I couldn't really microwave it as I usally do. I drained it on paper towels before adding to the eggs.
I took 1 whole egg and 2 whites, whisked them up with a splash of skim S&P.

I sprayed a mini casserole dish with canola - lined it with spinach, poured in the egg, sprinkled the bacon and crumbled some goat cheese on top (about an oz.)

Then I baked it for 25 minutes.

Then I ate half.

The end. Till lunch. See ya then.
I remember Enjoli and Gee Your Hair Smells Terrific.
ReplyDeleteYou're probably too young to remember Psssst! which was a product to use for when you couldn't wash your hair. Gross! I had to use it when I had stitches as a teen, though. It was like spraying powder in your hair. Sure it would soak up a little grease, but it's not like it was going to look like you'd washed your hair. No wonder that product didn't make it.
No - I don't remember that - but I did use Short & Sassy. :)
ReplyDeleteActually powdered shampoos are big now. There's a huge movement to wash your hair less as opposed to more.
