1 egg, a little onion, some extra sharp cheddar, 2 slices of bacon and the leftover roasted potatoes from last night.

I'm already dreaming of lunch - for which the plan is a tuna salad sandwich on homemade bread. I still have a good bit of it left. I might try and freeze it and see what happens. Now that I know I can make it I'm not too worried!!
Plan today is work, gym, shower, drinks.
See how I glossed over that? :)
That looks soooo good. I want it right now! And, I think I might have to make some tune soon...you have convinced me. Have a good one!
ReplyDeleteps - have you ever put capers in your tuna? A local deli here does it and it is DELICIOUS! I now do it at home whenever I make it and I am just so in love with the taste.
ReplyDeleteIt was so good. There's nothing not good about bacon!!
