Have some salad

Lunch today was on the light side. Earlier this morning I baked a few chicken tenders in a bit of Ken's Light Northern Italian with Basil & Romano.

Added it to some organic baby lettuce, sweet red bell pepper, onion and cheddar cheese.

I also ate 2 dark Dove eggs - unpictured.
