As a souvenier of my travels this weekend I was able to bring these beauties home with me, roasted red pepper and goat cheese ravioli.

I made a quick sauce of butter and olive oil, onions and sweet bell peppers with some parsley and more cheese sprinkled on top.
It was really, really, really good.
This morning was a EM w/PB for breakfast and a sandwich on a little olive oil and sea salt baguette for lunch.

Nothing fancy, just ham and swiss with honey mustard.
I have my first food writing class tonight which is tres exciting. Wish me luck!!
