Wow.
Lesson learned. I really need to be more careful.
I don't like this feeling. I'm all shaky and headachy and I really do know better. I now have to assess the carnage of my apartment. Not cool. Not cool at all.
ANY-WAY if you are looking for healthy food from me today don't look past breakfast.
I was able to pull myself together and make some breakfast. Just one egg, a splash of whites, a touch of heavy cream, 1 slice of bacon and 1 oz. of cheddar. I have half of it leftover. And a whole wheat EM w/butter on the side.
But that was not enough. Not by a long shot.
Then there was this. No pretense of spinach to make it healthier - no Happy Meal size today.
And now I'm done with McDonald's for about another year.
I ran to the grocery store first and was going to get chopped meat and frozen fries but I just couldn't do it. I ate it - it was just what I needed and now I'm moving on.
I can't believe I used to do this all the time in college.
So there you go - the Hangover Special. I'm going to do some laundry, clean my apartment and veg for the rest of the afternoon.

Hahahaha - it happens to the best of us. I started my morning with a fatty breakfast, which I haven't done in ages, and have been on the couch since. Sometimes - it is just a necessity.
