Reprise

I had those leftover black beans and mmmm bacon and was lamenting having to throw them out. I won't be back in the city until Sunday at the earliest.

But I knew I was out of whole eggs. And then I saw the carton of egg whites stashed in the door of my fridge.

YAY!! Huevos Rancheros again!!



I'm heading out for a weekend of rest, good food, a little exercise and some pampering.

Just what I need.
