It's been a shocking morning and I'm still not sure where I stand. I'm trying to distract myself so here's this morning's breakfast:
Cheerios with non sour skim milk
I tried to run this morning but it was really hard. I tried to push myself but it just didn't happen today. I ran for about 15 minutes then walked for 5 then ran the last 10. Then I speed walked the 2 miles to work. I got here in like 25 min.
I think it's enough.
