Three Cheeses

Today for lunch I made myself a little English Muffin pizza.

1 Light Whole Grain English Muffin

Classico Tomato Basil, Part Skim Mozzarella, Ricotta Cheese and some sliced red bell pepper

A little seasoning.

Just pile it on.

Before the oven...

...and after.

Plus a little of this grated on top.

I baked them for about 12 min at 400.


1 Whole Grain Light English Muffin
4 tsps of Classico Tomato Basil (2 on each half of the muffin)
1 oz part-skim mozzarella
2 tsps ricotta
1 tbsp red bell pepper (chopped)
a sprinkle of Italian Seasoning, Garlic Powder & Crushed Red Pepper
1 tsp parmigiano reggiano sprinkled on top
a bit of fresh ground black pepper to taste


  1. This looks great! Must try it.

  2. They're really good and really easy. Same idea as using any type of crust really - like pitas or flatbread.
