Snacky McGee

Here's the most important thing I've learned since losing weight.

Don't make sour cream and onion dip. Just...don't. It's evil and it must be destroyed.

Unfortunately I didn't listen to myself so I made it yesterday. We sat outside and listened to the Yankees beat the Blue Jays in extra innings.

SNACKS



Chips and dip, Honey Wheat pretzels and hummus



White Wine Spritzer. I may have had more than one of these. It's possible.



Tomato and Mozzarella Bruschetta, Whole Grain Naan

LUNCH



Hot Dog with ketchup + mustard

DINNER



Burger with spinach, fresh mozzarella and red onion & lemon chive potato salad

DESSERT



Brownie Sundae - fat free brownie, Breyer's All Natural vanilla, Midnight Moo & strawberries

I ate it all and though it's more than I usually eat - I never felt too full or stuffed so that was good. All and all it was a lovely (and yummy) day. Hope you enjoyed yours too!

  2. Mmmmm...this all looks delicious. And yes - sour cream and onion dip is the devil. That stuff is too delicious and sooooo tempting.
