Culinary Therapy

When all else fails - cook.

It's always a good rule. If you're feeling out of sorts - try and do something you love. So...I made myself an egg 'McMuffin' for breakfast.

Then carmelized some onions (they're halfway done!)

I found a jar of nuts last week when cleaning out my cabinets. So I used this recipe to make some Cashew/Almond coated chicken. I skipped the salt - since I'm pretty sure the nuts had salt on them. I know the cashews did.

Also - I'm baking instead of cooking them in oil.

Yes. I know it's 9:30 in the morning. :)

I'll be back later with lunch. I'm guessing the chicken will be involved in some capacity.

But now I'm off to the gym. See you later.
