This chicken is perfect for salads. The combo of nuts and breadcrumbs and cheese and basil is near perfection.
I put about a third of a chicken breast on a bed of spinach and added some sweet peppers, goat cheese and carmelized onions with a squeeze of lemon as dressing.
I clocked in 3 miles at the gym - incline walking and running for a little under 40 minutes. It made me feel oodles better. Which is a good thing because I'm not feeling too great right about now.
Anyone know any guys in the tri-state area that are single, reasonably attractive, and intelligent enough to know how to use a phone?
If so, please let me know.
