A little TJ's giveaway...

To make up for my lame post this morning I decided to do a little giveaway. I know I love to get things in the mail - and I know some of you must feel the same.

I'm gonna start small - as I live in Manhattan and have a shoe habit to feed on a budget less extensive than Carrie Bradshaw's. :)

If you've been reading a while you must know that my love for Trader Joe's knows no bounds.

Really. If Trader Joe was a real person I'd marry him in a heartbeat. It would save on groceries for one thing.

I love so much about what that store chooses to be but one of my most favorite items is this:

I tell myself I need a handful a day for medicinal purposes.

And I do usually have them - I just don't show you because taking pics of me holding stuff makes me look like I have man hands.

Anyway. Point is - do two of you want some???

If so - please comment here &/or link this post to your own blog. (If you do that you'll get entered twice! Just post a link in your comment.)

I know, I know. It's a lame small time giveaway but it's the thought that counts right??? And who knows - I may throw something else in the mix as a bonus gift!

Just tell me here what your favorite sweet snack is. Deadline is tomorrow at 10 PM ET. I'll announce the winner on Friday. YAY!!

Good luck!!

  1. How can Trader Joe not be real? If he isn't real, who picks all that great stuff to go in the store? You must be mistaken. ;)

I don't go to TJ very often, although I probably should, because it's not much further away than the warehouse store I sometimes go to, and the prices are so good. Maybe I'll make it a point to do that next week.

I'm not sure what my favorite sweet snack is. I've been trying to avoid the most delicious sweet snacks because they're all full of lots of chocolate. One thing I've loved at TJ's is a trail mix with chocolate chips, p.b. chips, nuts, raisins (maybe), and dried cherries. Absolutely fabulous. I used to eat that "for energy" ;) when I was a nursing mom.

I also like really good dark chocolate, like Lindt or Dove.

If I'm the only commenter, you can save the chocolate covered edamame and I'll just get my own when I make that TJ trip. You save on postage and we both get treats. Win/win/win. :)

  2. I want some! I still have a box on my fridge from NYE that is earmarked for my friend... I've warned her a couple times now that it's not going to be much longer before I have to rip it open... and there are no Trader Joe's here, as you know :(

  4. Everytime I go to Trader Joes I always pass those and I think about trying them but never do. I would love to finally try them. Btw, I love your blog. I've been following it for a couple months.

  5. I'm trying to wean myself off of sweet snacks, but I can't resist a sweet cup of coffee with lots of non-dairy creamer. I know, I'm a weirdo. :)
