I weigh in in a few. I've got my fingers crossed that I either maintain or lose...something.
I've exercised but food the last few days has not been great (as we are all aware!)
Today I started with an egg and an English muffin with some whipped butter.
I went to the gym and ran for 22 minutes, walked for 8. I've got a conference call and then my appointment with M.
