Sooo...first things first.
I lost a pound.
Which means that I should just keep doing what I'm doing I guess. Basically what I've learned from this is that if I induldge a time or two I just have to modify what I eat after that to make up for it. Not a foreign concept but it's nice to see it working you know?
I went to the gym this morning and ran for 25, walked for 20.
I came home and had a busy afternoon (someone actually wants me to WORK! Imagine that!) I ate some pretzels and hummus earlier and then I just ate this.
This was leftover Boboli pizza sauce, 1 boccaccini (sliced), a tbsp of part skim ricotta and a sliced red bell pepper. Some parsley and crushed red pepper and fresh cracked pepper on top. Oh...and the crust is a light whole grain English muffin.
But you knew that.
Just spicy enough and delish.
I'm headed to a work event tonight. I'll try and take pics of the hors d'oeuvres if I can with my Blackberry.

YAY! Congrats on losing the pound--that's awesome!
