I am dragging today for some reason. I feel exhausted - like I could take a nap right here.
Lunch was veggie full.
This is a mix of baby spinach and spring mix, diced red, yellow and orange bell peppers, onion, carrots, asparagus. And shrimp.
I promise there is shrimp in there too.
There you go.
Also today I've eaten two handfuls of cashews (with a few chocolate edamame mixed in), a single serving size bag of Baked Cheddar and Sour Cream Ruffles and 2 quarters worth of chocolate covered almonds.
I am now drinking water and chewing gum to fight the mindless munching.
Dinner will be some sort of vegetable rice concotion with either tilapia or chicken.
We shall see.
