I'm getting ready to run out of here - after a quick 30 min gym session.
I packed this sandwich to take on the train.
Roasted chicken, garlic hummus, mixed greens, carrots, cubanelle pepper, roasted tomatoes and Emmenthaler on a whole wheat sandwich thin.
I'll return this evening all manicured and pedicured and having dinner out at my parents.
